    The product is awesome. My cats enjoy this daily and I wish I made the purchase sooner. They were actually playing in it before I could get it together.

    The negative side was that the directions were aweful. Matching the correct hardware with the correct parts was difficult and not because I didnt understand, the directions were bad. Once you get it together you will be happy.
