I ordered two replacement collars for my Underground fence. I ordered the smaller size collars and they work perfectly, and also are a better fit for the small cats. I am very pleased.

You can call this a testimonial if you like. Product (in ground radio fence) was easy to install & works great. With a smart dog training was simple & done within a couple of days. I was pleasantly surprised that support for a simple question regarding the product was available by phone on a Saturday afternoon at @ 2 p.m. Now "Koko" has free run of the back yard with no chance of escape. I have no idea of the cost savings of buying from you and installing it with a friend, but I'm sure it was hundreds of $s.

I just wanted to say thank you for providing such a great product and customer service at a great price. I recently purchased an underground fence from you, and after installation in one day and a few easy weeks of training, I am able to really enjoy having my dog play in my yard. Furthermore, now my dog can fully enjoy my yard as well. Since the installation, I no longer need to accompany my dog outside. I feel comfortable knowing she can enjoy the entire yard without supervision which is not only great for me, but for her as well. Not once, in the 5 months I have been using the fence, has she crossed the border, nor have I had any problems with the system. I will soon be purchasing another system to install at my parent's home so they can enjoy it's benefits when they're watching the dog for me.

I purchased a training collar for my 6 mo old Jack Russell. I delayed using it because I thought it would not work, be a hassle, its a shock etc. I finally put it on the dog one afternoon. She was trained after the first shock on the lowest sitting. She now comes every time I call her and not only that, a couple of days later, I took off her leash in the woods walks and she stays within 100 feet of me all the time. She chased a rabbit once and I only used the beep and she quit. Its a MIRACLE!!!

I just ordered an underground fence for my dog. I spent several days surfing the 'net looking for the best price. While you were not necessarily the cheapest (you were close, tho), you ship via USPS!!
Most places will only ship UPS or FedEx (which would have cost me approx. $75).
You see, I live on an island in Southeast Alaska. FedEx and UPS are very costly for us. Shipments via those methods must be shipped 2nd Day and are routed through Anchorage (about 1000 miles north of us). It takes 5-9 days for us to get "2nd Day" shipments!!
USPS (Priority Mail), on the other hand, comes directly to us 6 days a week. It generally takes 3-5 days for a package to reach us. And the cost is significantly less!!
Thank-you for offering USPS as a shipping option. I realize that those of us living in remote areas of Alaska don't constitute a noticeable percentage of U.S. customers, but we certainly do appreciate online retailers who give us an affordable option.
