PetSafe and Innotek Product Repair Information

If you have owned your PetSafe, SportDog or Innotek product for less than 1 year, it will be replaced without charge by Radio Systems Corp. If you have owned your product OVER 1 YEAR, there may be a labor charge for repair or replacement of your product however you will not have to purchase a new product.
