Feliks my cat does not want to use the fountain, but maybe with time getting used to it.
I change water once a day and wash fountain and waiting with my cat change his mind ;(
It is very well made and looks nicely.
First parcel had a defect, but after speaking with a representative, the problem was immediately solved and in very short time turned into a new one completely assembled . :))) love the service, love the product and I would recommender it to the others.

I love it !,
- It lLOOKS very good, it is almost like interior design object not a cat fountain. Looks elegant (not cheep) . Looks like something that I will buy in North Europe that is the capitol of modern design.
- SIZE is just perfect.
- It is made from clay and plastic, very well made,
- it is very easy to assemble,
AWSOME DESIGN !

The middle portion of this fountain is light and can be knocked askew by a cat sticking his head in the lower basin. If the middle portion is not set properly, all the water quickly ends up on your floor. This happened to me multiple times before I gave up and threw out this fountain. I also found it difficult to clean the surface. Stains just don't come off. And the filter is just a plastic catacomb that surrounds the pump and the cat hair gets caught deep in the catacomb and doesn't come out. My cats love fountains, but I've yet to find one that I'd rate great. This one seemed great at the start but ended up as a big fail.

The cats enjoy drinking from the bowl, the bubbly top, and/or the 3 water streams. I like that the electric cord is in 2 pieces (convenient!) However, the Lotus does not hold as much water as the larger fountains, so it's good for a couple of cats, but probably not more than 2 or 3. The first Lotus I received had a defective plastic part (which made the bowl leak), but the issue was immediately resolved by sending me a replacement parts package. I love the Drinkwell fountains, and so do my cats!

While it is a bit tricky at first to learn how to reassemble after washing (big parts in the dishwasher), I'm getting to know how to do it. My pets love it. I'm sure they are drinking more water, which is good for them. My friend wants to order one just to hear the soothing sound of the water trickling. Glad I got it. Just have to remember to refill it to keep the water level up. Maybe I should have gotten a bigger one.

Although they don't usually take kindly to change my two senior felines caught on to drinking from the Lotus Pet Fountain in just a few days. If they are happy, I am happy. I love it! I plan to give them as gifts for Christmas.

Easy to put together, works great and my cats like it. The only bummer was that the mail plumbing tube was broken, so I had to order new parts for $5. Not bad considering I saved close to $50 on the fountain.
