Love the rechargeable feature and the system works great for our 1 year old lab. The only thing I would prefer is that the warning signal be a little more audible. I guess he can hear it, but it makes training a bit difficult when you can't hear it. Other than that, he is now contained after about about 3 weeks of training. I just used as simple tug and a loud AT each time he would get near the flags. He has been bitten by it a couple of times, but that was early on and now steers well clear of the boundary. Overall I think this is a great product at a great price on Radio Fence.Com

I purchased this product because my dog kept digging under my fence to get out of the yard. I got tired of repairing holes and grass. This system has worked great. I no longer have a problem with her getting out. Now she is in the yard when I return from work. The rechargeable feature is awesome. No batteries needed! I only wish that the system had a vibrate mode as well as all of the "shock" modes. No big complaints.

I have an acre and a very active dog. This fences has worked very well and the training process was simple. I will be buying another collar when I get another dog.

After reading the directions and spending time on walking the boundaries with our Brittany for several weeks, we were ready to put the collar to use. She adhered very well on her own but the real test came when the two neighboring dogs came out to play. Yes, she went outside the boundaries twice and yes she felt the tingle but that was all it took. Now she doesn't go near the flags! That was it--even for our high energy dog. For us it's peace of mind knowing she's not going to wander and/or venture onto the busy street. Installation was really easy, too.

"We live in a rural area, near a straight stretch of State Highway. Over the years, we've lost far too many pets to the traffic on the highway. We kept our last dog on a chain outside for many years and would occaisionally let her loose to run. When she was killed, we decided that we wouldn't lose another dog to that road.
We purchased the fence about 3 months ago and went through the training regimen. Our new St Bernard puppy (6 mo old) stays well within the boundary line and is happily running and playing freely in the yard.
Wish we would have bought this YEARS ago!!"

Collars needs to be stronger, I have two dogs and had to replace the collars on both due to roughhousing. I was lucky to find the receivers.

I installed this product on my own and it went very well. The training was more difficult as I could not hear the warning tone so my Golden took more "oops" corrections than I would've liked. As a result, she was petrified to go outside; after a lot of positive playtime over a week, she is now loving the freedom and our quality time playing fetch instead of always walking on a leash (or dragging, if you ask my kids!)
