The radio fence has kept our two border collies within our yard most of the time; the times they have gotten out (when we weren't around to see what happened) they did not attempt to cross back inside the fence, which suggests they did either get zapped or at least knew they could if they crossed again. So mostly it's been very helpful, and they certainly now know where they SHOULD be. It was hard to set up a ring that did not encircle the house (there should be an easier design to do this; we had to run wire up our house onto the porch roof to just enclose the back and side yards). One collar battery was either defective or weak; when we replaced it we got fewer breaches with that dog. In sum it's not a perfect solution for us and our dogs but has worked pretty well overall.

I purchased this product about 5 weeks ago and it is the single best decision i have ever made. My dogs, one of whom is a chocolate lab & the other a bulldog/fiest mix live in the house & were already trained on shock collars but we still had to be outside with them to give them warnings with the remote when they got too close or crossed the boundaries. My son who is 17 & I installed the fence with ground staples and covered about 1 1/2 acres in aprox 2 1/2 hours total. We then put the collars on the dogs and stayed outside with them to verbally warn them when they were approaching the danger area. My bulldog took one correction and never got close again. It took the lab a couple more times but now these dogs will not leave our yard for ANYTHING!! It is wonderful to let them run off much needed energy and not have to be continuously watching!!

We have not fully installed our underground fence yet, but we are loving it so far. It was not that hard to install. I called the the 800 number several times, they were very helpful with the questions I had for them. I also went the site for videos to understand splicing better. Ultimately it is keeping our dogs in our yard and not allowing them all over it the yard so they aren't pooping where my daycare kids play.

Fence is doing it's job. At first we didn't think the shock was going to be hard enough for my Dobby because she walked right over the wire but now she has learned the beeping sound means to go back. So far it is working great. She has not went in the road. Thanks

Okay, so installation was a pain, but I now LOVE this fence. My 6 month old bulldog/boxer mix only had to get shocked once and he has never crossed the fence again! I love it.

My new rescue kept diggin out of the front yard. We tried everything, but had to resort to the electric fence...and it has been great!! This unit served its purpose and was super easy to install.

This product is great I would strongly recommend it to others & you can easily add extra wire for a larger yard.

Wonderful, we had problems with our pup digging out of the yard and in flower beds. No more. Plants are now growing and pup is safe from the street. Thank you so much. Would recomend to anyone that has problems with their loving pets.

I installed this system with 1000' of wire for our Pom. It did require some effort since I buried the wire, but it worked great. In fact, it worked so well that we removed the flags in about a week and haven't had any problems with our pom running off. He always made a break for the horses behind our house, but not anymore. Plus, I have less than $140.00 in the whole system. It seems to be holding up against our moles too. All and all, a great product for the money.

I have used radio fences before but this was 1/2 the cost. It was easier to install & I loved the above ground idea. Our Schnauzer does not violate the boundaries and she was easy to train.
