The original collar (which worked great) on my dog was probably a little too loose and it came off when she was after some birds in the bushes. We couldn't find it so I ordered a new one. It came quickly and the price was reasonable. The only complaint I have is it's a little bulky. When ordering a new one I tried to get one that was more compact and was willing to pay more. I was told it wouldn't work with my system. I'm a little suspicious that's not true. Anyway, for the price, the system works great and keeps our German shorthair in.
We wish there was a smaller collar for the Innotek fence, however the only small collars are the PetSafe brand and those collars work only with PetSafe fences.

The recieved collar SD-2025 case breaks. I replaced the collar 4 times in a year. The collar breaks around the edges, usually starts where the studs come thru case. It seems to be caused by the dog scratching it's neck with it's rear leg.

Bought this model and later the no bark collar and on both the battery bompartments allowed the batteries to become mis-aligned and the collar would stop working until you open the compartment and realign them. This fault rendered the collar rather useless. The collors. Worked good when the batteries stayed put.

It's a good system and the collars are effective for my dogs.

I have an Innotek fencing system that has been discontinued and the collar that went with it as well. Saves me from purchasing an entire new system and the collar works just fine. The price was good and was delivered very quickly. The only complaint I have would be that after my dog wore the collar for 2 days the cap that screws on over the battery fell out (thankfully I found it). I would suggest making sure it is screwed in very tightly or cover with duct tape, as I did.

We had an existing fence and needed two new collars, one to replace the one we lost and one for our second dog. Both of the collars work well with our fence. The collars are bigger and heavier than the new models, but much cheaper than buying a whole new system and they do just what we need them to do.

The collar came fairly quickly and works fine with our existing system. For only $50 we think it was a good deal.

I bought this collar as a replacement for one that was smashed. It worked with my fence and keeps the dog in the yard 99% of the time. He's a 95lb mutt and he has only run through the fence when he was really excited. This is an inexpensive alternative to the high dollar in-ground fences.

This collar does exactly what it is supposed to do, nothing more or less. The collar is very basic. It would be nice it it were on a little bit nicer of a fabric band, but the price is right.
