We offer FREE GROUND SHIPPING on all orders over $75.00 shipping to an address in the Lower 48 United States. We also offer Next Day, 2nd Day and 3 Day Select shipping.

To Our Customers Outside the 48 United States

• Residents of Alaska, Hawaii, those using an APO address, will have the option of using UPS or the United States Postal Service. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any free shipping to destinations outside the 48 Continental United States. 
• If your order is shipping to a foreign country, you may be required to pay duties, taxes and other fees.  These costs will be your responsibility.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are based on the weight of the item(s) ordered, shipping method selected and delivery destination. Your shipping charges are downloaded directly from UPS and USPS at the time you place your order to assure accuracy. Shipping charges on returned items are not refundable unless the item is defective or prior approval was obtained from an authorized representative of RadioFence.com. Returned items that qualified for Free Ground Shipping will be charged the cost of shipping the product to you. These shipping charges will deducted from the amount we credit to your method of payment.

Order Tracking

After your order has shipped, we will email you the tracking number. If you do not have your tracking number available, you can retreive it by Logging into Your Account. You can then track your order with UPS or the United States Postal Service depending on how you asked us to ship your order.
