I have 2 dogs a 14 month old Black Lab it took me 5 days to train her she is now off leash and enjoying the back yard and her freedom to roam and be a dog. The other is a 6 year old Parson Russell Terrier he is still in training and hopefully will be off leash soon. it was very easy to install and to set up

This dog fence has really been great-easy to use and effective. We were really happy with the price of this, and the speed that it got to us. Radio Fence gave us 5 star service with our great product.

I have a little dog that is very squirly, he gets out and runs around faster than a jack rabbit. This is one of the best small dog fences around. It was easy to set up and fits her neck perfectly. She learned fast where her boundaries are, and now she stays in the yard like a good girl!

We love our Petsafe fence! I wish we had put it up sooner, before our little dog got hit by a car. I have no doubt he would head right back into the road if we didn't have our fence up now. Everyone should have one if you don't have a fenced in yard for your dog otherwise.

I considered purchasing an in-ground fence for several months, and I'm so glad I finally took the plunge and purchased from Radiofence.com! (We had been given a professional quote by a local company for an in-ground system, 2 collars and installation for $1200.) HUGE savings by doing it yourself! And radiofence.com had the best price.
Installation was pretty easy for two of us. We used a power edger and then a paint stir stick to press the wire in. (
We have a 6-month-old Yorkiepoo (6 lbs) and an 8-year-old Weimeraner (75 lbs) and the Small Dog fence works perfectly for both. The training according to the manual is very time consuming and didn't work quite as well for our dogs. But just figuring it out on their own (with just a couple shocks) and they quickly learned. Happy dogs and happy owners!

We have a miniture dachshund that loves to be where ever we are and barks endlessly if he can't. This fence gave him the freedom he needed and the quiteness we deserved. It was very easy to set up and he was trained the very first day! He has only challenged the boundary once and was convinced to stay in the yard. Thank you very much!

My husband and a friend put the fence in with a sidewalk edger and it took them about 2 hours from begining to end. We bought a second PetSafe Deluxe Small Dog Pet Fence Collar and are using them on a pair of Mini Aussie pups. They were 8 weeks old and 5 months old when we got the fence and it only took a few days to figure out that they couldn't go past the flags. They've had the collars on for a little over a month but we do take the collars off and turn them off at bed time and haven't had to replace the batteries yet!

Even for someone in their 80's, this was fairly easy to install. At first I just stapled the wire on top of the ground (due to cold weather), and it only took about 2 training sessions for our King Charles Spaniel to know the boundaries. I've now started to bury the wire by using the edger on my Mantis tiller & a paint stir to press in the wire, which works well. When the dog comes into the house, we always take the collar off & turn the battery off, which seems to prolong the battery life. If there are any drawbacks, it would be the cost of batteries, but the many pluses outweigh that.

I have 3 small ( very active) Dacshunds that use to have to be confined to a small area. We live out in the country and were afraid a predatore would get them.
I then heard about the petsafe radio fence. Best investment I ever made. I now have 3 very happy little dogs. We have about 2 acres of yard. They have about 3/4 of the yard to run around and have fun in.
I installed it in an afternoon. It only took 2 times for them to know what was going on before they would get a shock. They do not attempt to go through, even when other dogs are around.
Thanks

I'm glad I bought it, other than the batteries going dead within two weeks of use (I was not too happy about that/expensive batteries) but I am pleased with this product. I did recommend this product to David Wood and he purchased from this company a "Deluxe Small Dog Fence from my recommendation.
