This is a 500 foot roll of PetSafe - Solid Core Pet Fence Wire. This is enough wire to enclose 1/3 to 1/2 acre. We recommend PetSafe Pet Fence wire in any areas of loose sandy soils, low traffic areas or areas of little vegetation.

    I bought this replacement wire because I was recently in a position where I was planning to move. In returning the property to it's original condition I removed all of the wire that was in for two years... By God's grace we were able to keep the home, however the wire had to be replaced so our pup could play. She's a Red Bone Coon Hound and I still don't trust her w/o the security of the fence- HOWEVER two months w/o the wire she stayed w/in the bounds!!!!

    I only needed 50 ft , you should consider smaller sizes.
    The price was great.
