Do You Have A Hard-To-Train Dog? The PetSafe Stubborn Dog In-Ground Fence sets the standard for in-ground dog fencing.
Reliable and inexpensive, the PetSafe Stubborn Dog In-Ground Fence (MIG00-10939-W) is a great pet fence that can do what physical fences cannot. Dogs cannot climb or jump over, or dig underneath this fence. It allows you to keep your dog in your yard, without blocking your view.
Even dogs that resist training respond well to this system. With 4 higher-intensity settings, these harmless electrical stimulations work so effectively that most dogs will learn to stop in their tracks at the sounds of the early warning tone before any stimulation. Plus, its vibration option is ideal for hearing-impaired or senior dogs!
Easy to install, this pet fence is a breeze to set up. And we make it easy to train your dog so he understands his new boundaries in just a few days. With this PetSafe Fence - Your Pet Will Stay Safe!
Cut Your Pet Fence Installation Time in HALF & Avoid The Back Breaking Task of Burying Wire. Use Our "Pet Fence Staples" to Install Your Underground Fence - Above Ground!
This Pet Fence Kit includes everything you need to contain one pet in a yard up to 1/3 acre. With additional wire and flags and dog fence collars, you can enclose up to 10 acres in size and contain an unlimited number of pets.

I upgraded from a regular fence to the stubborn fence, not because the first one didn't work... but because I wanted the extra sense of security with the adustable settings on the collar when it came to my newest dog. He is a Pit/boxer mix and he's friendly... but I don't want any chance of him breakin thru.. Because lord knows a pit roaming the neighborhood is the end of the world!! . but seriously... this fence is amazing I have two dogs. The adjustable setting are beautiful. .. my pit/rott is so timid.. she is on level one... could do sound only. But just incase that one squirrel comes along.. don't wanna chance it.. and the pitt/boxer I have on level 2... he's kinda a stubborn blockhead so.. the extra little kick... keeps him in the yard.. we have dogs, kids and people on bikes going past two sides of our yard all the time.. and its just amazing how the dogs are contained to the yard!! I can't say enough about it... :)

No more wandering. Better behaviours and recall is terrific. Recommend to anyone with a dog and a yard.

I had purchased the wireless that did not meet my parameters in the yard, so I went back to my old favorite. I have had the in-ground system at my house for almost ten years & it still works great. I purchased this one for a family member's Lab that is dumber than a rock. The flexibility of placing the wire is a great benefit, as we wanted the dog to have the whole backyard & very little space up front. We used over 700 feet of wire. It's a big job, even with a sidwalk edger, but so worth it. Both dog & family are very happy with the results.

Before I could open my front door to get the mail, get the pizza from the delivery driver, or sales people, I would always have to make sure the dog was far away and go super fast. He would BOLT out the front door as soon as it was opened. Not anymore! Thanks to this great fence from Radio Fence he has learned that behavior like that is negative, and he waits for me to tell him he can go, and for our walks. It didn't take long for him to learn and now, with the warning sound, he doesn't even have to feel the light shock.

This is the best thing I have ever spent money on for my dogs. We covered about 4 acres for them. They have plenty of room to run and roam through woods and are safe doing it. My smaller and older dog had a little bit of trouble understanding why she couldn't go in some of the places she used to, but that's behind us now. Thanks for a good product and good directions on how to use.

My poor Border Collie was stuck on a run literally. The tie out on the run would get wrapped around trees, and Molly would be stuck. Now Molly is free to run the yard and be the active Border collie she was meant to be, and I don't have to worry about her not having enough space to run. The fence really works and Molly learned her bounderies very quickly. Thank you for your product.

We bought this system and placed the wire around our yard when our Rottie was about 3 months old.
With no other training but to show him the ""beep"" zone a couple of times he is now over two years of age and weights 150 plus and has never crossed the barrier. We moved, placed the wire around the new yard and with no problem he located his boundary and has not left the yard.

Wow! I am so surprised at how well this worked after only a few times around our perimeter together. I have complete confidence in letting Hunter, our yellow lab out without worrying about him running off. We picked him up several times after he's run away and it was time to do something about it before we lost him for good. We have 3 acres "fenced in" for him. Like one of the other reviews said...I should have done this years ago! This was fairly easy to set up and almost instant for the training.
