Uses gentle, but effective vibration to curb excessive barking. The Vibration Bark Control Collar has two primary features designed to shorten the training phase and promote good behavior.
First, the vibration bark control collar offers 10 combinations of vibration correction. When your dog barks vibration is delivered from one of the two Vibration Points. The duration of the vibration is random, which interrupts his bark.
Second, it includes Patented Perfect Bark technology. It uses both vibration and sound sensors (dual-detection) to discriminate each bark from other external noises. This ensures your dog’s bark is the only sound that will cause the correction.
As a built-in safety feature, if your dog barks 15 times or more within an 80 second period, it will automatically shut off for 1 minute.

This is a good, humane, version of the bark collar to make your dog stop barking. Our dog (rat terrier/dachshund mix) gets really tense and alert barks all the time, so this has helped him calm down and made him not bark as much. However, it's not always effective because the collar is big and when he shakes his head, it rotates the device around his neck and then he continues barking away. I wish they had a smaller version developed for little dogs. Overall, I like it though because it does help calm him down with a simple and gentle vibration. Very useful for training purposes. I only put it on him for a max of 45min (usually less) for training and then remove it.

the collar is well built and works as designed. our terrier mix will not bark with this collar on. but our boxer after 2 days decided that he did not mind the vibration so he just keeps going we will have to try something else for him.

This collar worked from the start. She does not like the vibrations so she is hesitant to bark. I could probably put the collar on her without a battery and it would still curb the barking. It may be that she also remembers the shock collar we used to use!!!! Anyway, this one does the trick.

These are a great for my barking little furry kids! Once they have these on, they are not as apt to bark.

I have tried the collars out on several of my dogs, it only works on the one dog. I believe that's because I had a regular shock collar on him before,

I have a mixed breed dog - but mostly coon hound. She bays. Pretty much anything sets her off. Unfortunately, this collar didn't deter her. I can't be too hard on the collar. It's the nature of this dog to bark.

I really needed some help getting my dog to stop barking, but I didn't want a bark collar that shocked. This vibration collar has really worked well. It irritates him enough that he cuts out the barking right away. It fits on him perfectly and was a really good price. I love how well this worked, it was so worth getting! It saved me a lot of frustration and hollering.

This was a very effective bark collar, and I felt good knowing that it was gentle. I like that i didn't have to spend a lot of money on this, because I knew my dog wouldn't need it forever. I would recommend this to anyone with a dog that needs a bit of bark control and correcting,

I purchased the PetSafe PCC00-12798 for my Yorkie. He drives me crazy with all his barking. I have three dogs and once one dog starts they all start and most of the time he starts it all. He also likes to talk, he will growl just to make noise; to get your attention and such.
The reason I chose this collar is because we have underground fencing and if we put a collar on that shocked him he wouldn't know what he was getting corrected for. I figured this one he would know the difference.
I noticed since I put it on him I haven't heard him bark hardly at all. Coincidence? I'm not sure for now. I will follow up in a week or so to let you know if it continues the silence.
