We don't have a back door but we have a garage, and this is the perfect pet door for us. We can let our guy out though the garage now! It is great now that it is installed and a great quality. I'm a happy pet owner!

This wall entry door was perfect for the 7 inch wall we had to cut into for the door. It works great.

This door is great for one of my dogs...I wish it was just a little wider..about a inch..my other dog is a little broader and can't fit...The next size was way to big...

This is a great product with easy to follow installation instructions. It fit my location perfectly . Our Teddy Bear loves to spend time out on our screened in back porch, which meant we had to open the porch door every time he wanted to go out. Now he has his own door and the freedom to go in and out as he pleases . Thanks for a great product at a reasonable price!!!

The door seems like a good product. The directions are easy to understand. However the problem I have is this: it doesn't extend long enough to connect if your going through the house wall outside through the brickwall. The Demensions state 4 3/4 through 7 1/4. However you don't know how thick that wall is until you cut the hole. Just My luck, its not long enough. I would suggest to the designer that you either extend it a couple of inches or sell an "extension tube" for the medium door. Your website states it is sold seperately but I have looked your entire site and googled every combination of the wording to find an extension and I can't find it.

My Cocker/poo and I want you to know that the dog door we recently purchased from you was one of the best things that ever happened! The dog is thrilled with his new freedom and so am I! Thanks so much!

My husband put in three of these into our home. One goes from the house into the garage. We build a tunnel like structure and then this goes to the side of the garage and a second door goes outside where there is a fenced in area. We use this for our three inside dogs and it is wonderful....especially when I one of my dogs is pregnant and need to go outside more often. I am a school teacher and often stay after school to grade papers or for meetings. The third door is a larger door for our Lab and this is also in our garage but allows her to have access inside and our of the weather. She has an underground fence and loves the freedom of coming and going. One of the best investments I have even made to make our dogs lives so much better.

We purchased the in Wall Dog Door to replace the insert that we had for our sliding glass door. Now we can actually LOCK our sliding glass door instead of placing a stick in the door. I was hesitant of putting a "hole" in my wall, but it has worked out perfectly. Our Shih Tzu had no problem learning the double door vs. the single flap door. And the good thing is that the double door has made it more difficult for her to bring in all the sticks from the yard!

Our existing pet doors were for two 20 lb dogs. Over the years the dogs were replaced by 3 cats, so I needed to get dog doors. These doors are exceptional quality and keep out drafts. The tunnel feature (which the former doors did not have) looks and works great. I had the doors installed by a handyman. (I do windows, but I don't do handyman stuff.) He had no problems at all.
