I previously owned the original Drinkwell fountain then bought the Catit pet waterer. Both were nice but the Drinkwell 360 is a much better design when it comes to filling and cleaning.

I love this product because it's much easier to clean than other drinkwell fountains and it has a submergible pump so you don't have to worry about getting the pump wet. It's easy to plug in & out because it has a separate plug in the middle of the cord so you can leave the other part plugged into the wall and just disconnect this middle plug. It has adjustable numbers of running spouts so more than one animal can enjoy fresh cascading water at one time. It holds a lot of water. Easy to fill. Both my 2 dogs and 2 cats love this drinkwell fountain. All 4 of my animals can drink at the same time. I like that they can get the water from any side, there is nothing blocking them from getting the water. I don't have any negative comments about this product.

I have 3 Persian Cats who love to get their bibs wet. It is just narrow enough so they can only drink from it and not bath. They just love it. I also use Petkin Oral care dental additive. It has baking soda in it. They all drink the water. The cartiage that comes with it is easy to rinse and take apart. It is very easy to clean and put back together.My cats love the running water. MICHELE
