The only downside to this product is that you have to be on your habds and kness crawling along the preimeter, so that the radio signal can be detected. For us it was a long crawl abt 3 acres under fence, but it's been there 5 yrs and this winter was the first problem. Unfortunately, for us we started at box and followed around and the break was at the end of the line , almost back at the box. Oh well, it still was found. Poor son, was frostbitten and had some sore knees but hey the dog is safe again ! LOL! Thanks for the product, as we both have your fences, and both live in the country , it will be handy to have.

EASY TO HOOKUP, FOUND BREAK IN MINUTES.

This is a good product. When I opened it, I was impressed with how massive the device was. It is much larger and heavier than the radio fence control!
Best of all though - it worked! I found the break in my wire in about 10 minutes. Sure beats burying a new wire!
The only thing that I think could be improved is that the two radio tones broadcast through the two wire ends are somewhat hard to distinguish at first. It took a couple of walks around the yard to figure out what I was listening for.

I hooked it up and it worked well. This particular fence has a 700 foot loop, so the signal got a bit weak toward the turnback point. Part of this fence is under water, and the receiver picked up the signal just like the part that is buried in dirt.
