Good service and delivery

I was in need of several screws to keep the cap on the receiver closed as several of the old ones backed out and were lost. After one phone call the needed parts were on their way. While the kit contained additional parts, I put the extra items away for future needs.

pack did not contain battery cover I needed -- but Radio Fence made good on it.

I assumed the accessory pack would include the part I needed but did not. I phoned and Radio Fence made good by sending me what I needed -- an agreeable solution. I am pleased.

Great Accessory Pack

Shipping on the accessory pack was very quick. The price was less than the local pet store or anyone else on the net. The pack had what I needed. But I would have liked a pack that contain 4 of the 3/8 probes and 4 flat washers instead of only two of each. I did not need the longer probes and angled washers. All in all I was able to repair my collar. Thanks.

Exactly what I needed

My hyper boxer apparently rattled the prongs loose as she runs and jumps around the yard chasing her best bud Max. I went online and ordered these replacement pieces hoping they'd work so I didn't have to buy a whole new unit and they did! They work perfectly and was way cheaper than I thought they'd be and even received the package as indicated. In one happy customer! Molly, on the other hand, probably not so happy.... even though she rarely gets zapped.

Worked Great

I purchased this kit because the metal prongs fell off of my dogs collar out in the yard somewhere and we needed to replace them. The ones in the kit worked just fine.

Perfect Fit Great Price

I needed a repair kit for one of the probes on my dogs collar. The supplier who installed my PetSafe fence wanted $40 for the parts, I got them online here for less than $11 including shipping. It's original equipment and the parts worked as designed.
