The PetSafe Spray Bark Collar For Small Dogs has a unique patented sensor that provides the most reliable bark detection available. It uses both vibration and sound sensors (patented Dual Detection) to discriminate each bark from other external noises. A burst of spray is emitted to deter barking only if both the vibration from vocal chords and the sound from the bark match the same criteria.

Combining modern electronics and dog training modification techniques this spray bark collar will stop excessive barking. This spray bark collar is effective, safe and painless. In fact spray collars may have a calming effect.

Wasn't for me

I have a 1 year old Chihuahua who loves to bark at people - even the family. The collar did work for the family members. he would bark once and then stop, but when a strager came to the door, he just barked right through the correction, until the collar ran out of spray. Also, the collar would move on the dog as he shook his head and I would have to adjust it so that the device was properly positioned. If I tightened the collar so it didn't move, the dog had problems swallowing.

Love this product

I love this bark collar. I have 2 small dogs and if one barks the other one starts barking too. Funny enough is that they are usually standing together so if the collar is on one dog and sprays they both stop. Can't beat that.!!! Would definately buy again. Had the shock bark collar before and this is lighter for my smaller dogs.

The collar works fine but....

"I bought the collar yesterday and installed it on my 4 year old Irish Setter. I have to say that I was happily surprised when she barked and she got her first choc. She was scared and went to lay down in her bed. The thing is that the collar doesn't stay in place. It is tight enough but doesn't stay where it should, it is always on the side."

Unbelieveable

Received this one week ago. Have a 8 month old 4 lb chihuahua that suddenly started barking at EVERYTHING! Was afraid the collar would be too big but adjusted just fine. Put it on him the first day, he barked, got sprayed and ran under the bed. Stayed for about 15 minutes. Finally coaxed him out, he barked again and this time stayed under the bed for 45 minutes. Long story short, took him no time to figure it out. It's been a lifesaver as I live in a very noisy apartment complex.

Wow! Works period.

I have a high strung 4lb young chihuahua who barks in the car, barks on walks, barks at birds, barks at anything and nothing. No amount of training, treats, hand signals, verbal corrections worked. I was at wits end.......finally got the collar.....she got sprayed twice and stopped. Could not believe it.......it worked....period.

little dog spray collar

Our dog is 6 lbs. and this size is perfect as recommended by radio fence customer service. It works great and the dog is responding well in a short time and he seems to be a lot more at ease, even without the collar on.

Worked First Try!

My dog, Kati, a 5 lb Yorkshire Terrier, not only barks at anyone coming or going into the house, but she also tries to bite them. After putting the collar on, the first time she barked and it sprayed, it nearly bowled her over and she went to her "Dad" and stayed there the rest of the visit. Not another peep out of her!

Stops Barking Fast!

I bought 2 little dog bark collars for my 4 little dogs. I put it on the worst barkers first. OMG! It stopped their barking! I have since put it on which ever dog is barking incessantly and get results immediately! Now I can send them outside with little or no barking. I know my neighbors appreciate that!

Very Effective!

We moved from a secluded cul-de-sac to a busy neighborhood, and our 12 lb. Maltese was barking at everything that went by or came to the door. This collar was immediately effective, with experiences similar to what others have said. 1. He either doesn't bark at all, or only once or twice. 2. He is much calmer all the time he has it on, even if it hasn't been turned on. 3. He is always very proud and possessive of items that are "his", such as his regular collar, and he is always excited to put this on, even though he must have some inkling of what it does. 4. He loves to fight and tussle with a rubber tug ring, with lots of growling, but he won't do it with this collar on, because he knows he'll get sprayed.

Best Product for Bark Control

I have tried many different bark control items but this one is the best. I put the collar on and the dog barked one time and quit. I have 5 dogs and 2 collars, so I switch the collars to the dogs who bark the most. So far it works very well. However, I think I need more collars.

Life altering product!

I have two Shih Tzu's and was not sure if this product would work and not adverserly affect their sensitive eyes that tend to bulge out. I was pleasantly surprised at how well and quickly it worked. We have a quiet house for the first time ever!! It only took one or two barking sessions for the dogs to get it! Now if they start to bark I just have to show them the collar! I could not be more pleased!!

Love this product

We have used this product before and sometimes they just wear out (after a few years) and have to get a new one. We have a schnauzer that barks at everything he sees out the window and it is so high pitched and loud. The bark collar works great, plus it uses only only a little mist(no painful shock). We used to be really good about refilling the collar with the spray, especially when he would start barking again, but now most of the time I just have to put the collar on him and he knows not to bark. Thanks to this very humane collar we have a peaceful home.

Shut my yappy yorkie up

This collar works great. I have a 9 year old yorkie that would not quit barking. Within 2 days this collar stopped the barking and made life a lot better for everyone. I have used it for 2 weeks and only refilled it once so far.
