We adopted an 18 month old Lab / Great dane mix. He is a great dog but had little to no training. Getting him to listen was a challenge! Now with the collar and just a few "nicks" he minds me with normally just the tone. Mouthing, jumping up and running off were serious issues and now I feel we have it under control. I have only used the collar for a couple of weeks but I am confident that with continued corrections we will have his issues corrected permantely.

Nice collar. I have had issues with range when the temp is below freezing.

We tried everything to get our labrador to listen when he was out on walks and other dogs were around but nothing could break his intent focus on running stright upto them and chasing them endlessly... this is ofcourse fantastic fun but not practical for the safety of our Lab, Charlie, and all others.
I began introducing the collar slowly at first as i was a little unsure it could deliver what it promises. I found the level to work with him on and since then it has been a dream, we are able to walk him off leash after just a few days working with the collar!!
The ease of use is incredible, its second nature to me now and the transmitter fits neatly into my hand, in fact it is so easy to use i now keep it in my pocket, i can also wear thick gloves but still operate it precisely, adjusting the stimulation accordingly without needing to be staring at it etc...
Being a Labrador, he loves to swim and the collar seems so durable, water proof really does seem to mean water proof in the case of this product!
I live in England where these collars are not popular, but family and friends have seen the results and are looking into getting their own.
The range is fantastic, i havent had a problem. My personal settings are vibration, tone and continuous stimulation on a medium level and i believe that this offers everything i need.
I have bought into a lot of dog training tools that are a complete waste of money but i now dont need any, i no longer reward with constant treats (being so unhealthy for my Lab) and the reward is off leash walking with calm, relaxed owners who can allow him the freedom he deserves with the confidence i can ensure his safety at all times through the communication i have with the product.
When leaving feedback it asks for comments on 'things that aren't so great about it' and as much as i myself doubt completely positive reviews with no negative feedback (thinking 'yeah yeah this all sounds a little too good to be true') i can honestly say i have no negative comments to make...
One very happy customer who will always recommend this product!

Vibration feature is a great training aid, really gets her attention, reinforces training and is a good midpoint step (warning) before having to introduce any shock, which in my case is rarely necessary.
My Lab is in the water every day, often hours at a time, and so far that hasn't caused any ervice/reliability issues.
